4th or 5th grade student wanting to tryout for cheer must have a physical on file before they can participate in the cheer workshop on Monday, May 8.
Physical forms can be picked up in the front office. Forms can also be found on the Middle School website under Athletics.

Van Duyn Elementary is starting the St.Jude Math-A-Thon! Students will be asking for donations from family and friends for completing math questions for their grade level. 100% of the donations raised will be going to St. Jude to help cover the cost of life saving procedures for children just like us! Students have received the information paper attached to this post and the permission slip to get signed up! Permission slips are due back to their teachers by Monday, March 6th in order to receive their Math Fun Books!
