Superintendent Dr Williams

SV Family!

Whether you have been a part of the South Vermillion Community for a long time, a short time, or you are considering bringing your family to ours, I would like to take a moment as your superintendent to welcome you to South Vermillion!

We believe in getting the best out of our students and staff, so that, in return, we can better our community. Whether it is in the classroom, in an extracurricular activity, or in their pursuit of college and/or career, we encourage students to be productive, creative, and moral. Our expectation is for our students to be disciplined and driven.

We are excited as we step into this new era for South Vermillion! While technology is an important factor in everyday life, we want to continue to focus on building relationships and allowing conversations and critical thinking to drive learning as well. We believe that teaching students to have difficult conversations and consider different perspectives is a critical skill for success in school and dealing with conflict throughout life!

Over the next few years, we will have a lot of conversations that will drive the future of this school corporation. If you are interested in joining The Vision Team to have discussions and gain insight about our future, please feel free to reach out to me. Please stay connected by following us on our social media accounts and our school websites.

Let’s do this together!
