NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF SIXTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SOUTH VERMILLION MIDDLE SCHOOL BUILDING CORPORATION AND THE SOUTH VERMILLION COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION, VERMILLION COUNTY, INDIANA,
FOR LEASE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
Pursuant to action taken on April 21, 2025, a Sixth Amendment to Lease Agreement with the South Vermillion Middle School Building Corporation in the form submitted at said meeting was authorized and approved by the Board of School Trustees of the South Vermillion Community School Corporation, Vermillion County, Indiana (the “School Corporation”).
The Sixth Amendment to Lease Agreement in said form was executed on behalf of the School Corporation on April 21, 2025.
