The Central Elementary Fannie May Candy Sale fundraiser kicks off today! Students will be bringing home order forms and more information. Due to Covid, we are asking that students not go door to door. There is an online ordering option. Thank you for supporting our school!

📚Our Countdown to Kindergarten Summer Reading Club celebration was a sweet success! Thanks to Duke Energy's Powerful Communities Grant, almost 70 of SV's incoming kindergarten students and their families have been polishing up for school all summer long!📚

Central 5th graders gave it a valiant effort today in the staff vs students kickball game! The staff did prevail and remain unbeaten! I was very proud of the sportsmanship shown by the students today.

Yesterday was our end of the year token reward day. Students were able to spend the tokens that they had earned Striving for 5 on various activities. I saw lots of smiles on student and staff faces! It was a great afternoon!
