Our Trick or Treat drive thru event has been postponed due to the strong chance of rain this evening. It will be tomorrow from 3:30-5:00. Drive through in costume on the 8th street side of the building for some candy! From 5-8 is the city-wide Trunk or Treat in Clinton as well.
Terre Haute Children's Museum and Central have partnered up to use their traveling STEM kits. 2nd graders in Ms. Reed's class had a blast!

Good afternoon. One of our Central 2nd grade students has been at Riley over the last couple of days. This morning she had surgery to remove a 5cm x 7cm tumor in her lung/chest that was unexpectedly found this past weekend during a check up. The surgery went as well as could be expected! I would like to hold a PJ day fundraiser tomorrow for the family. For a donation of at least $1 students may wear pajamas tomorrow.

One of our Central families recently suffered a house fire. They lost nearly everything due to smoke damage. We will hold a 'hat day' this Wed. Students and staff can donate $1 to wear a hat. We will accept larger donations as well. Thank you for helping out one of our own!
