The SVMS Nerd Herd Robotics team competed at the Indiana Robotics State Finals at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Saturday, March 23rd. They finished the day 24th in Skills and 55th in Teamwork out of 115 teams. The team earned the Innovate Award recognizing their effective and well-documented design process in their engineering notebook for a unique aspect of their robot design. The Innovate Award qualified the team for the Vex Robotics World Finals in May which will take place in Dallas, Texas.
